The might to stand true and firm in the face of the strongest oppressors.
How the many beat the few
And the Temple being dedicated anew.
How everything is a miracle
And not to be taken for granted
A small drop of oil enough for only one day’s light;
lasted for a full eight days shimmering and bright.
The commitment and serenity of being a Jew
G-d’s chosen nation, loyal and true.
Let’s all celebrate; me and you.
